Contest Rules

1. This contest is open to high school seniors residing in any state listed on the home page of www.student-view.com and planning to attend college or career school after completing high school.

2. Students under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate.

3. To enter the contest, entrants must complete and submit the application found at www.student-view.com. No essay or purchase is necessary. To enter the contest without completing the application, send a registered with your name, address, and e-mail address to “Student View Survey” c/o Student Insights, 136 Justice Dr., Valencia, PA 16059.

4. Limited to one entry per student. Duplicate entries will be invalid.

5. This contest starts on ends February 28, 2005. All entries must be received by this time.

6. Student Insights will award one (1) individual prize, consisting of a $1,000 scholarship. The individual scholarship winner will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entrants. The drawing will be held before May 15, 2005. Before being declared a winner, it must be verified that the selected entrant is fully qualified. Potential winners will be notified immediately after the drawing via the email address listed on the application. The winner must reply within seven days of notification. If the potential winner does not reply by that time he/she will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly drawn.

7. All prizes will be awarded in the form of a check prior to March 15, 2004. Checks will be made payable directly to college that the student will attend. Prizes are non-transferable. All taxes, fees, or surcharges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

8. By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules and decisions of Student Insights, which are final.

9. All decisions by Student Insights related to this contest will be final.

10. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries.

11. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Student Insights, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

12. All survey information will become the sole property of Student Insights. Aggregate survey results will be provided to colleges and career schools for recruitment and marketing purposes. Individual names and contact information will not be provided to colleges, career schools or other parties without specific agreement from students.

13. Student Insights is not responsible for, or liable to any contestant, for any computer, online, software, telephone or technical malfunctions or errors that may occur, regardless of cause, resulting in lost, damaged, late, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, defective or altered contest entries.

14. A list of all winners will be posted on www.studentinsights.com by May 30, 2005.

15. In no event will Student Insights or its employees be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to and use of the internet site www.student-view.com, including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, or technical failure.

16. If for any reason this contest is not capable of being conducted as intended by Student Insights, including due to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts or interferes with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Student Insights may, at their sole discretion, disqualify any entrant responsible for such misconduct and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
