This
contest is open to high school seniors residing in all
50 US states and planning
to attend college or career school after completing high
school. |
2. |
Students
under the age of 18 must have a parent’s permission
to participate. (This is a legal requirement because the
scholarships are awarded via a random drawing.) |
3. |
To enter the contest, entrants must complete and submit
the application survey found at www.student-view.com. No
essay or purchase is necessary. To enter the contest
without completing the application, send a postcard with
your name, address, and e-mail address via registered mail
to "Student-View Scholarship" c/o Student
Insights, 136 Justice Dr., Valencia, PA 16059. |

Limited to one entry per student. Duplicate entries
will be invalid. |

The deadline for the contest will be announced. |
6. |
Student
Insights announce prize awards when the scholarship opens. |

The individual scholarship winners will be selected in
a random drawing from the pool of eligible entrants. Before being
declared a winner, entries must be verified that the selected
entrant is fully qualified. Potential winners will be immediately contacted by the phone number and address listed on the application.
The winner must reply by phone or email within 14 day of notification and provide the requested information. If the potential winner does not reply by that time, he/she will be disqualified and the scholarship offer forfeited. |

All prizes will be awarded in the form of a check. Checks will be made payable directly to
the college that the student will attend. Prizes are non-transferable.
All taxes, fees, or surcharges, if any, are the sole responsibility
of the prize winner. |
8. |
By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest
rules and decisions of Student Insights, which are final. |
9. |
The
odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible
entries. |
10. |
Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Student Insights,
and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. |
11. |
All survey information will become the sole property of
Student Insights. Aggregate survey results will be provided
to colleges and career schools for recruitment and marketing
purposes. |

Student Insights is not responsible for, or liable to any
contestant, for any computer, online, software, telephone
or technical malfunctions or errors that may occur, regardless
of cause, resulting in lost, damaged, late, incomplete, misdirected,
deleted, defective or altered contest entries. |

A list of all winners will be posted on www.student-view.com. |
14. |
In no event will Student Insights or its employees be responsible
or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including
direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages arising out of your access to and use of the internet
site www.student-view.com,
including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, or technical
failure. |

If for any reason this contest is not capable of being
conducted as intended by Student Insights, including due
to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts
or interferes with the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Student Insights
may, at their sole discretion, disqualify any entrant responsible
for such misconduct and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the contest and select winners from eligible entries received
prior to the action taken. |
